A Message from Clarke USA
Clarke would like to provide the following update on the steps being made to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak. We have taken multiple steps to maintain the safety for our employees and their families during this pandemic. We have also taken steps to maintain the business continuity for our facilities in the US and Scotland.
The steps currently taken and in-place include:
· Clarke is following all Center for Diseases Control measures related to personal hygiene, workplace sanitation, prohibiting workers to enter which are experiencing any illness, as well as, additional measures to minimize potential contamination of the workplace;
· Clarke has curtailed all business travel and has as many support personnel and office staff working remotely from home, as possible.
· Clarke has modified its production shifts schedules at both USA and Scotland operations to maintain adequate social distancing with a time gap between shifts for sanitation of communal/common areas and surfaces.
· Access to the buildings is restricted to only essential vendors and service providers and those permitted to enter are allowed only while wearing gloves and masks. Clarke is also taking steps to ensure adequate supply of engines and parts are maintained and are maintaining frequent communication with its suppliers
Be assured that Clarke will be making every effort to prevent an infection from occurring in our workforce or delays in shipments.. Meanwhile, Clarke will let you know if there are any changes to the current situation.

Given the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to update you on the steps we are taking to protect the well being of our staff and to maintain our service to the market.
The well being of our customers, employees and suppliers is of the greatest importance to us and we will continue to ensure our policies and procedures reflect the best available information from key governmental & health authorities.
Across the world, communities are facing unprecedented disruption and uncertainty, in particular around the availability of goods and services. Clarke are very much open for business, and we have taken a number of additional steps in order to protect our operations and our ability to supply goods and services to the market.
Given the critical nature of our application and the complex supply chain we operate within, Clarke maintain a high level of inventory as standard to protect against the unexpected. With this being said, we must highlight that the current situation is unprecedented and is evolving on a daily basis. Many countries have implemented travel restrictions, border closures and temporary business closures in order to protect their citizens and combat the spread of the virus, and these measures may lead to the disruption of supply chains globally.
