Course Description

This one-day course provides a comprehensive overview of maintenance obligations under NFPA 25 and Clarke Fire manufacturer requirements, with a strong emphasis on preventive maintenance and systematic troubleshooting of Clarke Fire Protection Diesel Fire Pump Drivers. Participants will learn to identify common failures, interpret alarms, and apply structured diagnostic procedures to minimize downtime and ensure compliance.

Course Content
  • Understand Clarke Fire and NFPA 25 maintenance requirements.
  • Perform weekly, 6-month, annual, 2-year, 5-year, and as-needed maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct visual inspections, static checks, and running checks per NFPA 25.
  • Execute component replacement testing and troubleshoot issues.
  • Develop a maintenance schedule and record-keeping process.

  • List and prioritize maintenance tasks per NFPA 25 and Clarke Fire schedules.

Certificate of Training Completion will be awarded.

This certification of training is awarded by Clarke Fire for the successful completion of Course 003/005. This certificate is not authorization for the individual to perform work on behalf of Clarke Fire. This certificate is assigned a unique ID number and cannot be duplicated.
