On June 1, 2023, Clarke released our new TSP-M (Touch Screen Panel for Mechanical Engines) on the DP6H and DQ6H Series Mechanical Engines. On Oct 2, 2023, Clarke released the TSP-M for the JU6H-UF60/UF62, JU6H-UFAAPG/Q8/RG/S0, JU6R-UF59/UF61, and JU6R-UFAARF/PF/Q7/S9 models.
The TSP-M instrument panel replaces Clarke’s current MECAB (Mechanical Engine Control Alarm Board) panel and will be phased in on all mechanical engines, for both Clarke Scotland and Clarke US, over the next 12 months.
For Clarke US orders received after November 3rd, 2023, the TSP-M panel will be used for the following engines:
All mechanical JU4 and the remaining mechanical JU6 engines.
The TSP-M instrument panel enhances the user experience by replacing the engine temperature, tachometer, oil pressure, battery voltage gauges and alarm verification process with an interactive touch screen. The TSP-M has advanced circuit protection, a standard NEMA 4 box, a new raw water temperature display and an intuitive start-up procedure.
