Certificate of Training Completion will be awarded.


This certification of training is awarded by Clarke Fire for the successful completion of Course 004. This certificate is not authorization for the individual to perform work on behalf of Clarke Fire. This certificate is assigned a unique ID number and cannot be duplicated.
